Subject to your compliance with these terms, AI Notes, LLC ("we" or "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Remy on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the terms of this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

This EULA is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any terms of use for the Apple App Store. In case of conflict between this EULA and the App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail. You acknowledge that Apple is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the app or its content.
The app and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain our property or the property of our licensors. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the app.
We may provide updates to the app that include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or other modifications. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the app. We reserve the right to require updates for continued use of the app.
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The app may integrate with third-party services (such as calendar services). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions, which we encourage you to review.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete all copies from your devices.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we are located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
